These terms set out the conditions for using Heritap ("the service"), provided by Wisdam (individually operated; "the operator"). By using the service you agree to them.

Price

The service is free to play. If we offer a paid plan (Plus), its price and contents will be shown before you buy.

Content

Many of the stories and notes are AI-written drafts, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate or complete.

Heritap is an independent service and is not affiliated with UNESCO.

Prohibited use

Do not break the law, interfere with the running of the service (for example by overloading it or accessing it without authorisation), or infringe the rights of other users or third parties.

Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend or end the service without notice.

Liability

Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Rights

The rights to the service's software, design and text belong to the operator or their rightful owners. Map and terrain data and other assets are used under their licences (Natural Earth, world-atlas, CesiumJS, country-flag-icons and others).

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when necessary. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively, in the first instance, before the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
